What’s the difference between Angel Investors and VentureCapitalists?

Angel Investors typically are privately wealthy benefactors,friends or family.

Angels are high net worth individuals and successfulbusiness people who invest their own funds, typically up to about 1.5 million.

Venture Capitalists are larger organizations such ascorporations who invest in start-ups companies or enterprises. 

VentureCapitalists invest ‘OPM' –> other people’s money—> that is raised when VCs puttheir fund together. 

Venture Capitalists’ funds usually start at about $ 5million.
